Do you print custom sizes?

What is the accuracy of measurements?

There are variances in canvas and print images sizes to the sizes indicated in the drop downs. Most of those are minimal (0.25" or 6mm).

What are the dimensions on your images?

All dimensions are in inches. Dimensions are displayed beside the title field 'Tell me Something - Prints, 16x9" ' and in the selection drop-down.

Do the printed images contain your logo as see on the site?

Logos in my web images are for copyright protection and will not be printed on canvas or prints. Digital copies will include copyright in the meta data and is not visible to the viewer.

Do you sign your images?

I sign my images or canvas on request.

What media are your images or canvas printed on?

My images are printed on Photo Paper Pro Luster, canvas's are printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art Canvas. Both are printed with archival quality inks. Prints and canvas have a proximate a 3" border for mounting.

Are images framed and ready to hang, what about Canvas?

Images are printed and shipped with no frames. Canvas are shipped rolled, however we can ship Stretched and ready to hang on request. Contact me.

Why are some images pixelated on my screen?

The images I upload on my website are of low resolution to prevent image theft. The printed images or canvas will not exhibit those, or ghosting.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

I accepts E-transfer (Email Money Transfer) Canada only at this time. All major credit cards through Paypal, Paypal payments, cash.

How do I purchase products from your site?

To purchase my work's, you will need to select the either print or canvas and size of the image you are interested in and click the ‘add to cart ‘ button. If you are looking to buy more than one item continue shopping and simply click on add to cart. When you are done shopping, click view your cart. Review your order prior to beginning the checkout process. 

Out of Stock Online

If the item is shown as “out of stock”, at times that means it is just currently either being printed or frames and will be back soon. Please email at photo@haslinger.ca me to get an updated status.

Where do you sell your products?

I sells all of my works online through my website – www.haslinger.ca I am currently sourcing Galleries that carry my art. Please stay tuned for updates.

Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?

Once your order has been received by the printer it cannot be changed or canceled.

If you forgot to add something to your order before it was placed, please place another order for the additional item.  It will be a new order shipped by itself with new tracking information.

How can I check the status of my order?

There are several ways to check the status of your order:

1) If you have an account click on "My Account" at the top of the page and click on "Orders". Once you click on the correct order you click on "Shipping" and you will be able to track your package.

2) When your order ships out you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. If you click on the tracking link with the delivery carrier you can track your package.

3) You can always give me a call during our business hours.
